No sun baking or heat treatments ie : solariums for 8-12 hours

Manicures and Pedicures

When washing up/gardening, use gloves to protect nails

Weekly manicures are enough, every once in a while use moisturizer to keep skin hydrated

Exercise movements for hands/feet

Look after your body, and pay attention to zinc levels (white parts on nails) this means having deficiency

Regular manicures and pedicures keep nails strong and heathy

Spray Tans

Do not use exfoliant, deodorant, perfume or moisturizer

It will take approximately 8 hours for the tan to form after the application

Tan will last approximately 7-10 days

Moisturize every day so that the tan lasts even longer

Do not wear tight clothing after spray tan

Facials

Have at least 6-8 glasses of water a day to keep moisture levels high

Take a rest after a massage, you can get tired and somewhat dizzy

A warm shower after a massage will help muscles relax and you will be de-stressed more

Drink plenty of water - Flushes toxins out of the body such as lymph fluid and reduces muscle jarring.
